* UserCountryAttribute can be configured in ini, for choosing more than one class-attribute to get the country (e.g. shipping country and billing country)
* Bugfix for displaying price with VAT when shipping address is outside of EU (but billing address is in EU)
* Removing old order in cart.php which remains from an aborted order during the payment process. Avoids conflics with old aborted orders an new ones.
* coding style stuff
